You need to become a helper first and then if you have proved yourself that you're a good helper, you might be promoted to Moderator, that's what the staff says. You can apply for helper here

Don't lose hope, just make sure to make a good record this time cuz they said that if you're not have been banned for at least a year u could've get a chance to become one of their staff.
