I won the "Lucky Event" by a Buffalo, in the second round my Super GT got destroyed in the last 2 checkpoints and I got kicked.
The "Lucky Event" is as good as it is now, making changes to it will only ruin it.

Congress bonuses and taxes are overpowered. Boosts and non stop bonuses only effect the base reward of jobs and they don't have anything to do with special holiday bonuses. For example, base reward for Drug Courier is 36k, and with 100% special bonuses it's 72k. If you get 10% nonstop bonus, it only increases the payout by 3.6k which is 10% of the base reward. However, it's not the same for Congress bonuses and taxes. When there's 10% Congress tax and 100% special bonuses, the payout for Drug Courier job will be 64,800 and the Congress tax will decrease 7.2k which is 20% of the base reward not 10%! Congress bonuses and taxes effect all the non stop bonuses, special bonuses, boosts, special job bonuses (convey bonus for Trucker and night bonus for Burglary) and additional 25% bonus for reaching 1k skills. Let's say that a player has 100% non stop bonuses, along side with 100% special bonuses, 25% boost and 25% special bonus for 1k skills in Drug Courier job. The total reward should be 90k. If Congress adds 20% bonus, it will increase the payout by 18k which is 50% of the base reward! So to make Congress bonuses and taxes balanced, make it so that Congressmen can only effect the base rewards same as other boosts and bonuses. P.S: This is the reason of the dramatic increase of Congress finances during special 100% bonuses, and I believe fixing this can reduce the number of limo farmers too.

It's been over two days now.

Add prizes for holding /top stats.
Example : A notification pops up and says you have been rewarded with 100k for holding one top stats for an hour, similar to how good sport works.
A player should not get more than 500k no matter how many top stats he/she has, and they have to play that one hour completely and AFK time should not be counted to prevent abusing and money farming.

As a player who loves racing in SA-MP, I support your idea myself.
The drift action doesn't work properly with GTA SA physics, you will have to be at least ten years experienced to perform a smooth drift or be a maniac and use 20 FPS.
It is a good minigame tho, but only a few will enjoy it.

I guess I know what kind of screen freezing you're talking about.
Everytime I log in, before the password box pops up, my FPS drops to 5-6 and the screen freezes for a couple of seconds.
Do you face something like this but while playing?

Hi!
Using modifications is probably the worst idea for your FPS problem. Try to downgrade the Display Settings in Options. Reducing some items such as Draw Distance, Resolution, Shadows and so on might help you get a little bit more FPS.
Also don't forget to turn off the frame limiter in advanced options, whenever I turn off the frame limiter I can get 90 FPS without any problems but my PC is a little bit better than you.
And finally, FPS booster is ban-able, don't every try using it.

Add a feature in drift races when you don't collect a checkpoint within 30 seconds you will be kicked, just like in regular races.

Please, stop posting random nonsense when you don't have a clue and also stop XP farming.
This is indeed possible, I've seen a racing server with this method. In order to have nitro, you have to press and HOLD the Fire Button.
A better idea is to let players choose whether they want to activate nitro by one click or by holding, just like in that racing server I mentioned.

Please, let us turn off the collisions in normal races, triathlons, stunt challenges and drift races just like in impromptu races.
There is exactly no reason for not adding this feature.
Turning off collisions can help us in:
1: Catching cheaters, without collisions we can catch up with them a little bit longer without them being able to ram us.
2: Having more Fun, what's the fun in getting rammed every single time when you're playing against some specific players?
3: Preventing players from Teaming Up in these minigames, when you can't block others you can't help your friend to win which is ban-able.
And a lot more which I don't have in mind currently.

I completely agree with Jessy, Alfie and Bull.
Selling an ugly car, which is slower than a mountain bike, just because it's somehow "RaRe" for 120,000,000 or even more doesn't make any sense.
You can buy ten different sport cars with that money OR you can renew your house/methlab for FOUR FREAKING years!
For colored emergency vehicles, it's something else. You can still get them by opening packages and gambling. The only way to obtain a car with a "RaRe" livery is to buy it from a person who has already paid tons of millions for it and in order to buy it, you have to pay even more!
Just bring back all those liveries and maybe add something new like chainsaw, jetpack and etc.

Does this apply for RP and XP too? Is it like GTA Online and you can sell any vehicle on the streets? Can someone please tell me what jobs exactly?

The manager itself confirmed that it's not a bug and it is how trucker job works.

Well I didn't mean my 90 FPS is because of my monitor, I wanted to say that my monitor can handle 90 or even 100 FPS.
What's the purpose of getting 150 FPS when your monitor can't display more than 60?
