Its only deducted when you buy it, and is counted as a loss so it gets deducted from your money earned from stock market statistics when you sell the stocks. So if the profit gained is less than 50$ say 25$ profit so overall you will get 25$ loss.

Did you check the stock tax set by congress? Maybe because of the tax you are not earning enough profits and the money earned is less than the tax paid for buying the stocks.

I would recommend you to record your gameplay if you are getting kicked for cheats. Also verify the files you installed from the mods. Also play the game without any of these mods. And check both situations. If the non modded version is not getting you kicked, it would be advised not to use the mods. Also as a side note:

You only need to buy everything except skins to get the clothes purchased as skins are not counted as clothes and accessories purchased and hence get the achievement too.
