The objects for this event will be spawned at 00:00 server time till next day 00:00? Except despawned when events happening right?

There is a bug when playing events, where after winning it, the players don't return to the normal gameplay. Also after all event players have left except one, the one player wins the event and entire prize money again. There is an (ERROR Runtime (1): 3000 accompanied with this bug, it happened again when this bug occurred. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wtu72zClxm8
