IssueSAMP doesn’t save settings

Each time I open SAMP, it shows nothing on favorite tab, and when I connect to the server, it resets my setting. It’s annoying, I’ve tried reinstall SAMP in a clean SA folder but nothing changes. Is there any way to fix it? Thank you very much

I had this problem for almost 3 years, suddenly I found out that my documents was in another folder called "X", so normal extension should be C - users - "user name" - my documents, it was C - users - "user name" - X - my documents. Take care it may delete your current documents, downloads, etc.. so make a backup and try to delete this folder if it's your issue as well.
