That's considered revenge, I think that this new rule applies to unreasonable killing by people in police job, unreasonable ramming or throwing stingers to someone, maybe obstruction of jobs like undertaker or trucker and more. I think its just an extension to the unreasonable ramming and deathmatching rules

This new rule applies to players, who follow certain players over and over and ruin their gameplay either by killing them, ramming into them, annoying them etc. It certainly won't apply if you once revenge kill.

well it's serious question this rule will be able on me if i were chasing someone to get clips on him (cheater) like i were doing that in past to record some cheaters when they leave gang i would like to know if it's will be fine or not and thanks in advance

I read it and understand it, niCe answered me what i was talking about.

by revenge killing you for sure will try to annoy the other player until you make him step out the vehicle or fight you 1 vs 1 until you beat him.

Some other players use to annoy random people by just ramming them or when they see them, they start to annoy/shoot/kill.

I would like to ask too, if someone stalk me from on and tries to ruin my gameplay, like most of the times constantly for no reason ( while am out of gang ofc ), gotta need to report from on?

Stalking is for distrubed people, I kill the enemies who talk bad things about me and shoot me as well and they totally deserve that. Killing the people who mock or insult you is more like teaching them a lesson or revenge. I admit that I might kill random folks as well, but I never stalk them because I have no reason to harras or disturb their game any further, one random kill is enough and done. [I am not really killing players anymore by the way]

So please, make the difference.
