When you have been banned, you will be unbanned when your ban expires. Unbans are issued automatically at midnight (GMT +1). You can find unban date in linked accounts in your user profile or when you connect to the server.
Reducing ban length
- Players have ability to purchase unban once per 360 days in game shop, unban can be purchased 5 days after your ban was issued.
- When it is your first ban and you confess you violated server rules (for example using cheats), your ban length will be reduced by 10 days. It is necessary to post the confession on the forums.
Unban requests
- When there is no ban reason stated, you can create unban request on the forums, we will investigate the reason of the ban. It is necessary to post the screenshot showing that the ban reason is not stated. Please follow the requirements on how to create the topic stated below.
- When you have been banned and you can undoubtedly prove the ban was issued by mistake, you can post unban request. We consider as an evidence for example a video, which undoubtedly shows you haven't been using cheats at the given time. In some cases, we might ask you to include such a video, in undoubtful cases, such videos won't be admissible as evidence. In cases, where it is possible, you can also ask for proofs from server chat logs, for example when you have been banned for insults and we are able to verify you haven't been insulting anyone.
- Bans for aimbot are final and we will not issue unbans
We strongly advice to record your game play, so you can prove your innocence. When you can prove undoubtedly that we have banned you by mistake, you might be eligible to be refunded up to 500 Tokens on your web account, depending on our decision.
When the ban reason is stated properly and you do not have any proofs of your innocence, do not post any threads on the forums.
Constantly posting unban requests which do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will lead to ban on web.
How to post unban request
- Create the topic with title Your nick and select tag "Unban"
- Your evidence showing you did not cheat nor violated server rules

Our administration team does not provide any evidence whatsoever, which led to ban for cheats. Before ban for cheats is issued, there is a thorough process of examining and investigating proofs and majority of admins have to agree on ban to avoid risk of issuing wrong ban as much as possible. Therefore each ban for cheats is always based on convincing evidence, which is available to all administrators. This evidence cannot be published, as that would help cheaters to reveal what cheats can be detected and which are more difficult to detect. Therefore it is the player, who has the obligation to provide proofs they did not cheat, if they can convincingly prove the ban has been issued wrongly.
