I'm not sure if this is possible,but i suggest "We should be able to change the hairstyle of our skin in Barber Shop's"

It's not possible in multiplayer.
My suggestions:
Our gang mates shouldn't be able to damage our vehicles
Also if we taking over hood with vehicles such as Rustler, Hydra, Rhino, Hunter, Seasparrow we should get payout even if we don't have weapons

/SHOPITEMS for sale. lets say id like to sell instant gang hood upgrade 30 days and i could put it on /trh for like 600 000. when it costed me 0.80

"max payout in all jobs" change to "job upgrades" and upgrades will be maximum payout in all jobs for the same price (1 usd) and job skills upgrade to 100 (which includes maximum payout and of course skin delivery) but it'll cost 5 usds/4 euros, expensive but worthy getting since it includes skins which is something now you have to work for

I want to suggest to add minimap icon for medics, players tend to run because they thought that somebody's trying to kill him/her. It would be fair and easy for Paramedics to add an identity minimap icon same as cop/gangs/hotdog/icecreamvendors etc.

When someone kills you , for 10 minutes you must have the opportunity to kill him without losing XP/RP if he is in gang or not, some sort of revenge.
Assassinations can be done by more than 1 person so i suggest to be a 2 or more players job as well.

Add the cmd : /leavedm - /leavetdm, some new players get stuck there specially in the minugun dm's they can't easily leave the area and then they just leave the server.
When your pm is on : you can /pmoff <id> to unblock your pm for a special id only.

when you do missions with other players theres no team chat to communicate and talk tactics, should work just as it works for jobs with other players
