Not sure if this would help you or not, but it helped some people - the effect you're talking about was there for me, when I accidently set the resolution to xxxx*xxxx*16 instead of xxxx*xxxx*32. Try to check if your resolution uses 16 or 32.

Jalla, sorry to interrupt, but I think he is trying to say that he sees the mirage effect from single player and wants to remove it, That effect which makes distant objects appear distorted or shimmering In day time on the server.

not related to samp addon, its called "haze", there are mods / ways to disable it but i dont recommend
