LOL, I'm sorry it's not funny, but it is, because he didn't even do it in a sneaky way, that's like the most obvious way. No, this is not allowed. However, you have only posted proof of it happening once, and while technically it is dealt with automatically by the server, the way he did it circumvents that.
If you can provide proof of it happening on multiple occasions, admins can step in and manually apply a punishment to the player.
