First of all Administrators are selected via a thorough process so that a 2023 player won't have enough understanding to criticise it.

Secondly votes that are unrelated to the game or breaking rules will simply get canceled.

Thirdly neko is not the only admin, if your report wasn't checked, that means that the staff team is busy, please have some patience, they are not robots, use /block and /ignore.

Fourthly, Admins can't interfere with your access to the server unless you are banned, and then it will clearly shows a message, so please verify if you don't have a problem by your side.

Lastly, when you use /player on staff team members, you won't be able to see their stats, so instead of accusing someone with being a newbie, please make sure you are not one yourself.
