I do understand that there aren't many punishments for killing congressmen but 6 stars for just assault is crazy
I would remove the wanted level thing and the fact that witness protection stacks on top of the 500k, other then that it's a good suggestion

This would basiaclly make it so killing any congressmen is very encouraged and it would make limo farming very risky
If you would like to have something actually balanced at least remove the 1M reward for killing/mugging them and definitely remove the long prison sentances becouse no one is sitting in jail for 3 hours

What if a player has no properties or money? Will he just have -50M?

That issue also happened to me but it only worked on one new member i recently hired, none of the bonuses that i gave him did anything but everything else worked just fine

I like all of these except the thing where lead directors can starts CCs and the org war thing
I don't really think having orgs be able to war against eachother becouse that would just become a gang war where org members don't need to consent to join
Organizations should be made for doing ceo jobs, challanges and having fun with other members not fighting against other organizations
