Additionally, it is important to consider the context when we mute someone. For example, if a player has a history of being toxic in our community (what you have), we may need to issue mutes more often to avoid further toxicity. We strive to treat all players fairly, but it is possible that certain situations may require different approaches.

Your complaint against administrator Ben is in my opinion completely unjustified and I ask you to take a look at your own behavior instead of paying attention to other players.

Normally we don't refund this kind of mistakes since you are responsible for having a stable connection and saving your NRG-500. I will refund you with my own money.

Hey! This happens sometimes with FiveM servers.. I've had it too. What often solves this problem is to remove all downloaded content from FiveM Servers. This means that all content must be downloaded again when you connect to WTLS or another server.

Let us know if this worked! If not, we can look for a different fix

Get a retraction: You can get in touch with the person who claimed your video and ask them to retract their claim of copyright infringement.
