This is most likely a bug related to the game itself that we are unable to resolve. However, please repost it here: Bug reports on SA-MP. Thank you for reporting.

It doesn't work that way; we've made it clear that we don't support using the mobile version of SA-MP as it's buggy and contains viruses and cheats.
And we surely won't assume responsibility if someone chooses to use a modified and glitched client and later gets banned.

Making a mistake yourself cannot be justified by pointing out someone else's mistake, the /report command exists, so you can report anyone engaging in prohibited discussions like these, but you chose to participate in them instead. Should such discussions arise again, stricter punishments will be issued. Both RecuClee and Ofir are banned from the website. Complaint denied.
