From my point of view, nothing is wrong with this video, if you get killed, you can always return where you got killed and take revenge. There is nothing in rules about road blocks, so I don't know why would someone get punished for that. Also this isn't the only way to go LV, if they see something like this, they can choose another way to drive to this city. Or simply you can break through the road block. This is just my own opinion.
