Hey there , Were you lagging at that moment before you logged out ? cuz such a bugs are due to low connection and keep in mind that refund isn't possible on such issues only if it was server fault. Wait for admins reply and they will tell you if refund is possible in this case .

As i see this is not server fault which means that refund isnt possible in this case . The neon kit is gone because you didnt save your vehicule after making the purchase .
