Hello guys welcome back to another blog with your favourite interviewer of WTLS , don't you think there must a category for best interviewer of the year 😉 , ah my talks won't end . So guys it's been long time that I have posted an interview blog and I was very excited for this blog .
Today I came up with our guest Cr34tive , he is one of old friend of mine as he always asked me to come and do missions with him jokes apart I know him from long and we enjoyed the server together many times. Hey there Cr34tive , thanks for giving me the chance to interview you !

=) Thanks for having me here. It was a hard opportunity to get interview from you. But here I am. Let's get further.


As per the ritual of the blog please introduce yourself to the players ?

=) Hello whoever is reading it. I'm Cr34tive, Creative845 or CreativeEN. But call me Cr34tive.


So Cr34tive could you tell the viewers are you studying or doing a job or something ?

=) I'm currently studying Bachelor Computer Science along with some side courses in free times.


That's a great thing , so could you tell your hobbies ?

=) My hobbies include drawing, story making, strategizing.
I'm known for my cartoonist type drawings which is a raw talent.


Moving ahead do you like any web series or any movies ? If yes please mention them ?

=) Personally I don't like web series. About movies, I have some indifferent picks like Venom, Avengers.
From that point of view, I mostly stick to YouTube and Discord for contents.


Any song you like the most that you feel close to your heart ?

=) There sure are some good picks with music. Unfortunately, I listen to video game music as it's far better than movie or any album music. Such as the themes in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, where I have some neat choices like "Rules of Nature", "The Hot Wind Blowing", "The Only Thing I know for Real", "It has to be this way".




Enough about the personal life , let's move to the game . How you found the GTA-MULIPLAYER.CZ server ?

=) I found it scrolling through the YouTube watching random moments on the game itself where it showed multiplayer clips as well. That's where TheJizzy introduced me to this new platform.


So could you please tell us what's the reason behind keeping the name 'Cr34tive' ?

=) I used to make missions with DYOM (Design your own mission) mod and great stories back then. There I made the name 'Creative845' which I used the same when starting SAMP 2021. Later on, I changed the name as It started to look really immature and weird and the username 'creative' was already taken so I used these numbers as an alternative.


That's great , moving on , as it has been long playing the game what are the moments that have settled in your heart ?

=) There are a lot of moments. The era where I did my first car show in 2021 with former administrator xero. The time when I choosed to leave S2 to move to S3. The time I decided to be on both servers time to time. The shock when I see my friends disappearing with a permanent ban (hoping his revival soon). The time I became capable of taking on to anyone where you believe most of the server tends to get themselves beaten for foolish reasons. The evening where I was offered to be helper.


I personally liked the helper one 😁 . So , I have seen your YouTube videos also , so how you decided to start your YouTube channel?

=) About YouTube, I was randomly making music videos. Then I had the idea to make random moments since I was encountering a lot of those. Then I decided to promote the server so I can see more players into the server.


I personally like the content, so you are well experienced player , so what are the likes and dislikes in the server . Do you have any suggestions for the server ?

=) My likes are the missions. They have the ability to get engaged into many thrilling stuff. The thing I highly dislike on the servers is the unbalanced earning system where players find ways to exploit features. If I have a suggestion for the server, it would be giving some attention to missions by adding something that would make them worth engaging and not just Sweet missions but every other mission.


Going ahead what are your goals in the server and how many you have achieved ?

=) My main goal is to be an administrator so that I can unleash my creativity on events and how much I can put into them. Some admins say it's not easy to manage them. But it's about enthusiasm that makes things joyful. Other than that, I have some side goals you can find on my wall bio where I have achieved some of those goals. And I might cover more in future.


So at which position do you see the server in upcoming years ? And at what position you find yourself in the server ?

=) The server is not really taking the right paths at the moment. Recent updates have put further resistance on deathmatching but I believe it's equally unfair and fair. If the server continues to take such steps to diminish deathmatching, they would face a serious downfall and I don't really want to see that.
About my own position, it looks like I'm on the right path for now and I hope it stays like this where I could fulfill my struggle and entertain the server like they truly deserve.


So what was your first reaction when you got to know that you are selected for the helper team and how did the team great you ?

=) It wasn't a surprise honestly. I worked really hard for it. Since 2023, I helped people and got rejected from helper application twice. I was offered helper rank in January but I refused due to life conditions there. In June, I got another offering and I took time to think and realized it's the best time.


Moving ahead what was your main inspiration behind applying for helper ?

=) Honestly, my main inspiration in helping players was the connection and bonding it makes for the good. Also I came to knew more or less than helpers about stuffs but I was capable and qualifed enough. And that's where it provided the effects. It was not long until I got known for being best at it by my friends.


So how are your relations with players in the server and especially friends ?

=) My relationship with players are pretty positive. 85% of the players are happy to have me as helpers. Maybe that's a reason I'm top nominated for most helpful in this year's awards. My friends on the other hand have life problems and some are busy in their own matters. Others are pretty great with it. It's safe to say it gave no negative impact.


I was going through your profile and saw that you did some giveaways not some but many what is the main reason behind it stopping it ?

=) The reason is giveaways are put to a stop and I cannot continue with it anymore. Ever since Rule 9 got it's awareness, I can't giveaway anything with my own will. The only options I have is contests and contributions to events including car shows. So I'll come up with something in future.


So what is the update you liked the most and if you get a chance to change something in server what would be that thing ?

=) The best update so far was the job prerequisites giving jobs and license a purpose they always needed. People tend to keep things easy. It's about keeping them real. If I get to change something in server, it would be giveaways. That everyone should be allowed to do it. Everyone used to do it. And there was never such a thing like someone owes them money that they won their giveaway and they'll refuse. Until the awareness of Rule 9 came up. You can thank poopumer for being the reason of eliminating giveaways for the community.


So we came a long way and it's time to packup , is there anything you want to say in the end ?

=) I have a message to all the players. If you want to have fun, don't take this game serious. In the end, it's just a game. Don't cheat here, you know it will either end really quick or your fun won't last long.
