UnbanGTA V Ban Appeal - "Cheaty"

My computer crashed last night while playing WTLS. I then tried to reboot it and relaunch FiveM. Then i tried to rejoin the server. It kept saying the error "Waiting for game to shut down" .. Even though, the game was already closed and re-opened. I tried to connect a few more time with errors each time. I went to sleep. I wake up this morning with a ban reason. Please help me resolve this issue. I think its also important I was parked at Pillboxd with my donut truck, selling donuts. Almost fully AFK and tabbed out. I don't have any idea how I could possibly be banned for cheats.
