Anubis what he's trying to say is he bought that mansion because its expensive and you bought just 3 House over 200 days or more, but a mansion is bigger and not everyone can or wants to buy a mansion. I personal would not buy a mansion because i would not spend that much amount, (im broke as fuck) i just use a house to save my car and MG. But he has money to buy it so i would say just let him...
