Certain words are blacklisted from our servers for a reason. In the context of the word "Arab", perhaps niCe realized that this word was consistently being used in a negative context to insult members of our player base, since a big percentage of our demographic plays from Arabic speaking countries. The only reason I can see an admin respawning a player's vehicle is if it gets bugged/stuck somewhere on the map. However, if it simply despawns because you weren't near it for a while, then that is not a reason to respawn a vehicle for a player. You can call mechanic for that.
