Hello, as I can see from the video you've provided, you were able to kill the player that time, and if he were to have left, the server would have automatically killed him upon logging in again.

Do you really expect us to do anything about this issue you've brought forth when you haven't even brought any evidence of your own, or basic information that would help us catch the "cheater" you're reporting? Seriously? Anticheat kicks players when it detects them playing with cheats. If that isn't you, then you don't have anything to worry about. Follow the proper player report formatting. You are not banned from our side. This is a known SAMP bug that occurs based on internet connection issues. Just keep trying to reset your router by plugging it out for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. After that, try to join. It should resolve on its own. If not, you could also try to reinstall your SAMP client.

It sounds like someone that was playing from your IP address got banned, which means you won't be able to play on it until it gets unbanned.

Hello, if you're battling high ping issues, what I can suggest you to do is to connect an ethernet cable from your PC to your router. I did this when I had high ping issues and it fixed it.

I'm not sure if you're new to SAMP or something, but CBUG is one of the most infamous SAMP glitches out there. It allows you gain an unfair shooting rate advantage when performed correctly, which is why we have measures in place to prevent players from abusing it, so to answer your question, no, it will not be "fixed".
