it's a semi-movie mixed with a kill montage
the story talking about 2 ballas members who decided to kill Tupac , before they killed Tupac , Tupac told them that Axe and $Rich$ (me) will kill them , so they decided to kill Axe and $Rich$ (me) before they do (we) , then they heared about Axe's accident so they went there and kill hem , and then $Rich$ went to DirtYy , cus he and Axe was Aztecas bosses , $Rich$ told him about what happened to Axe , and he needed FoxMarley to revenge with him , and then they went and killed the ballas members .
