Definitely the Random packages got worse , open 70 or more and the best i got was 5days prem

I opened almost 100 randoms this summer and got only 1 153 ambulance,
but last summer i opened 30 randoms got 229 1 lspd and a lot more.
I think they made ultra rare randoms are much more harder to get nowadays.
