Skin problem

Recently, I encountered this problem. I purchased skin 164 from game shop and expected the character to also wield the earpiece, as shown in the picture in the game shop:
However, when I logged in in-game, the skin looked like this:
I posted about this on the forums, but eventually the thread got deleted or moved, and I was told by an admin that I would not receive a refund since it depends on which SA-MP version I am using, some SA-MP versions do display the earpiece while other version do not. I tried installing the newest version of SA-MP from here but to no avail. So which version of SA-MP should I install? Any help would be appreciated.

Whoever is able to solve this problem will receive $3,000,000 from me on WTLS 2.

There is no fix to this. The SA-MP version would be before the release of 0.3.7 and you won't able to play on our servers if you try downgrading below that version, as it's obviously no longer supportive to our server.
