Well i think this was the guy niCe referred to as (New hint: Voice of Dennis Hopper)2nd hint which this guy face looks like a guy from a game called deadly creatures(struggs) also voiced by Dennis hopper,(theory not 100%true),also which located in a bar in dillimore town not village or city as the 1st hint, also sorry for bad quality XD i have pc problem. Well im not too sure yet but if say like a word like Dennis voice it could be him i guess, also the voice thing could be tribute to him, still a theory.
