so basically what happened was i was near cesars house and i accidentally hit this guy with a car, then he turned around and tried shooting me, so then i shoot back, but i hit all my shots, and he hits none. i hit him twice with rifle because i dont have fully cocked license, and then he starts runnning. then i got back in the car, and he thought he had an advantage when he tried to shoot me in the car, then i shoot him 2 more times, and he dies. then he says this in the chat <-------------- (less)
