If the passengers are able to hear it then the issue might be that your radio volume settings are at the lowest to fix this just open the options by pressing ESC > Options > Audio Setup > Radio > and increase the volume. After doing this make sure to relog.

Fix bug when sometimes the roulette table freezes and stops working. This happens occasionally and the issue gets fixed after the server restarts but even after the restart later on in the day it happens again, not sure what causes it. Yes because you're a new player and since you don't have a linked account you are free to start with a new name. Any name that you wish that has not been taken already.

That's what I'm saying if it says "Log in" then it means the name that you are trying to use is already taken by another player. So you have to use a different name that is free to use and then register.

Do the same for special Firetrucks as well.

When linking your account make sure that all capital letters are properly inputted, especially when typing your password, if this issue still persists just give it some time before trying again. This issue happens all the time and giving it some time has always been seen as an effective solution for this.

If this is your first time playing on our servers and it says you already have an account then it means that the name that you chose is already taken by another player on the server. All you have to do is just choose a different name which will then allow you to set a password for your new account. Don’t forget to link your account to save your progress. Use /link while in-game and follow the instructions.

Yh there's a pop up on the chat that encourages you to link your account for a reward. You must have missed it. Anyways once you create an account use /link in-game and follow the instructions given and you should be alright.

You mentioned that you played on this server a year ago and I'd like to let you know that if you did not link your game account to a web account then it gets deleted eventually within a month so if you haven't linked it just know that it's gone forever. However you have the option to start all over again with a new account and link it on this web account that you're using, this will enable you to view the name in case you forget it in the future and also reset your password.

As Stiffy said there should not have been any problems with your transaction and its funny how you've only decided to report about this issue now when you've been gambling all day. I took a look at your previous forum posts and it looks like you tend to do this a lot. If the logs prove that you've received the money then that's exactly what happened.
