I think, it makes sense for a player who /sendpos to someone, to receive notification when that someone confirmed it (Y).

Add a NPC as a customer, that comes out of the dealership and sits with you as a passanger when you take the car out for a test drive in a Car salesman job. And NPC can talk sarcastic comments while you drive.
