add a way for drug base territories to be more fairly split up amongst the people as right not there are 2 types of people that use the drug bases, the small guys with 1-5 hoods that will break even with their profits at best and the huge guys that actually profit from the drug base and have 10+ hoods, right now only these people can really profit from drug bases and to be like them you need to be online a lot in case youre attacked and not everybody can achieve that. All im asking is for the small guys to be able to more easily grow and have real drug wars and not the kind we have today where you just spam attack a person while theyre offline and take all their hoods, the fact that you need to sit there while the drug war goes on for so long makes it quite the hastle. this would be done by making it so you can manually help with drug wars instead of pressing a button and looking at a timer go down slowly, it should also be that offline players' hoods are in some unique way harder to take over like when in gang wars when no member of an opposing gang is nearby a gang hood will spawn NPC members to protect it, so if the drug base owner is online he would get a notification and could manually help with the drug war (like doing quick missions and objectives) to change the course of the war instead of the 20 dealers beats 19 dealers system and if a person if offline their hoods should be more protected to encourage players to attack someone while hes online. I know im just yapping now and that i wrote a giant wall of text that nobody will read so ill stop typing now

make sting operations possible with street dealers, this is what it would look like:
if youre a cop you can come up to a street dealer and attempt to buy cocaine and while the animation is happening another cop and photograph the exchange and if done successfully you can arrest the dealer and get the same amount of cash you would get from arresting a player (the person buying the cocaine will got actually get the cocaine and if the dealer is arrested or killed the cop who bought the cocaine will get the money back), theres also a chance the dealer will realize that youre a cop (the base chance for him to realize it is 50% but for every 25 police skills the chance lowers by 1% with the lowest at 35%, if youre police undercover the chance goes down by an additional 10% so the lowest possible chance of a dealer to figure out youre a cop is 25%) if he realizes your a cop he will pull out either a deagle, SMG, or AK47 and will shoot the cop who tried to buy from him, in which case you need to kill the dealer and you will get only half the money for doing so, running a successfull sting also gives all players involved 2 or 3 police skills, which ever you like more

and the cops chasing you when you kill yourself get the arrest cash

make it so if you have 5 or 6 wl and you kill yourself near cops in stead of you getting additional 1/0 wl which is useless when you get out of the hospital 2 NPC police cars with some NPC cops aiming you with deagles and those small roadblocks enforcer cars drop appear and youre busted instantly, this will help prevent people constantly killing themselves with 6 wl to avoid arrest and it would be a cool feature to add overall.

all i see is more incentive for people to bust people in heists, its alr annoying enough but if you add that cops will prob just stalk players in heists and weit for them to get wl to bust them, this will ruin heists
