I agree that there was an internet problem some time ago. This problem was because a series of rioters had created insecurity in the country. I thank God that the Ministry of Intelligence has identified or is identifying all those rioters.

As far as I know, the internet problem has been solved.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would let the admins handle this.

Is there a solution to fix the timeouts?
I and even my friends who are in Iraq or Pakistan have this problem.
I use the internet from Hamrah aval operator (I don't know if you know it or not) that the download and upload speed in other games is good and there is no timeout.
I even called the operator and explained this problem and they said that there is no problem with your international internet.
When I get timeout, exit the game and check the ping graph, I don't see any drastic drops or spikes in the graph.
If possible, please refer this issue to niCe for resolution.

Hey im shaux in server 2. today i bought securicar from (his name when im bought was DIYAKO but now his name is mohammad.sh)from 0$(by /buy)(where am i bought: mulholland intersection).ik some carinfo:armour 100 and with color blue maybe color 205. this happend in 16:00 till 17:03 time in game and i cant find it in mors mutual insurance.can you check pls?

Hi..This morning and noon i played on s2, when I wanted to play again.. i see marshall banned me..and my reason is banned on San Andreas multiplayer..and unban is 21/8/2018...I dont know why banned me!!!..can you unbaned me..i do all rules...thank you
