However from what i can see and after checking logs you was getting shoot by the guy inside small building on your right side. Since, for some reason, you was not taking damage by his snipers anticheat had to kick you out.
I am sorry but we can not issue refund in this case.

Evidence that are gathered against you seems quite obvious and not only Obelix but multiple admins, including leads agreed to ban you for cheats.
However we are here to give you an opportunity to prove your innocence and provide video evidence if you have recorded your gameplay.

I am afraid but this is not server sided fault nor their by protecting their CEO. It is not like they can know why you or anyone else is inside CEO challenge.

Yes indeed he replenished health and armour from shop. That should explain everything.
