He is not doing anything against rules, if his messages bothers you /block him, if he is attacking you read /assault please and if he is somehow maybe "ramming" you gather better proof(video would be best) and report him again because this report is rejected.

Well there could be more factors, he could be desync, maybe had high pl at that time for a moment or a lot of different things, also maybe he was cheating as you say, but we will need more clips to prove it.

I don't know what admin did tell you that but it was mistake, you are banned for 90 days not 30 days, so you will be unbanned at 06/02/2025 any attempt to evade your ban will lead into extending your current date of unban.

Hello, there is nothing against rules here, and he is not doing it only against you, as far as i know he is doing it with every police member, so basically he is doing it to make his gameplay fun by getting wanted stars and then want cops to chase him, i can't see anything wrong there, you can arrest him, shoot him or do whatever with him when he is criminal.

Well since you are honest and its christmas period i will unban you this time, also you got banned at one of that accounts for usage of cheats, so please make sure to remove any cheats/mods which you have because next time you won't be unbanned, and also don't use any sort of VPN in game and on forums as well.

Hello, Well it depends of number of days your houses have, you can also renew them from /shop or Game shop using Tokens, or just save your vehicles at garages so you can purchase that garages when you are back to game and have your vehicles there saved again.
