“This has been discussed many times. Both S1 and S4 are mainly CZECH servers, the main disadvantage of these servers is that there are often no admins online during night hours and that enabled some cheaters from problematic countries to cheat there and annoy other players. Once we banned these problematic countries, most of these issues were resolved and czech players can play without being annoyed by cheaters, even when no admins are online to take care of it.
We will not make any exceptions, you can play on S2 and S3, whic are both english servers and there are usually online admins to monitor all players.”
