this is called activity check, server prompts it when ever he feels that you are doing the same thing over and over for instance, you stood in one place for a longer period of time or you're doing the same job for a longer period of time, so the server checks if it's indeed you who are playing, all you have to do is to write the numbers that shows up in the text box and hit enter and you should be good to go.
