Servers are located in france .. thats far from where you live and thats why you get such ping.
There is no need to worry bout cuz as long as your internet is working good, you won't face lag.
There is nothing you can do to improve your ping except on thing,
Buy a house near the datacenter in france :D

When you make a post, you have 15 minutes to edit it, when the image you posted was not visible, why did you not even try to fix it ?

Fighting in places outside the gang hood is considered a normal gang fight so cops may interfere.
If you fight in gang hoods and the cops interfere, you can even kill the cop.

Th county where you're from is not banned, if you try to join from a country thats banned, you won't be able to join.
