There is another bug with cargo ships where, very rarely, if you try to land on one, the ship may have no physics. In this case, your helicopter can pass through it as if it weren’t there, while NPCs float on the ship and continue shooting at you through the walls.
(I have no video evidence because I died as soon as i landed on the ship i will make sure to get it next time)

Okay, I found out why this bug occurs. It's because I always skip those NPCs by just running past them. So, it requires me to kill those NPCs but does not say so as my objective, so I got confused.

I both agree and disagree with the suggestion. For example, if they set it to 5TK, people might exploit the feature to complete ambiguous amounts of missions. One of the reasons that the Epsilon and Epsilon weekly missions have less competition, yet still require a lot of effort, is due to their current structure. I do agree that 20TK is too high, but perhaps setting it at 15TK would be more reasonable.
