I lost 1m in poker after the recent restart...can I get a refund

I lost approximately 2800 chips in poker with a 4m prize pool after the restart earlier today

I had 10.5 USD in my acc before I bought 30 days premium for 4 USD and I guess it charged me double for it now I have 2.5 only

i had 150 minigun ammo i saved it in gunlocker in office and 30mins later came back didnt find them
this was yesterday 21-22 game time
