i did /stopaudio before and now i tried to bring back the audio and idk how i tried /set > Sounds and nothing , ik the issue is not from my windows version eather the pc or network cuz in s3 is working fine cuz didint use /stopaudio there tried to re install all the game and samp same thing even the windows .... hope i can find how to fix this issue.
