Many players are abusing the bounty system by placing a bounty on another player and then immediately killing him, thereby avoiding sanctions for their kill without reason. I would like to suggest to remove the ability for players to reclaim back their bounties from the player who they /hint, and count it as a kill for no reason.

Hello, the issue you are facing has no relation to the server update, and it’s not even a server-side issue. The only way to solve it is to get a better and more stable internet connection. I advise you to use a cable connection instead of Wi-Fi; it’s going to give you better ping.

Hello! If you're not using mods, it must be a compatibility issue. To fix it, go to where your game is installed and find 'samp' and 'gta_sa.exe'. Right-click on them, hit 'Properties,' and go to the 'Compatibility' tab. Make sure to select 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' and pick 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)' or 'Windows 98'. Don't forget to also check 'Run this program as an administrator' for both files. This should sort out the compatibility issues.
