Believe it or not, my life doesn't revolve around your name in game is so that's why I didn't pay attention to it. If you really want to justify having that name that's fine I am not going to change your mind anyway. This is just turning into a childish argument. I have explained why you were asked to change your name. I have nothing else to say on this matter.

So that is why I messaged you to change your name(which clearly isn't a very appropriate name)
And if you really think I don't have "the right" to "order" you to change your name and I only did it because you killed me in gang wars well then I don't how to change your mind. I told you to do it because I asked another admin and he said its not allowed. Nothing personal.
We didn’t have automatic car meets at 14:00 and 20:00 every day like we do now. Those “carshows” were usually created by admins or a player who wanted to give away some money. You can ask such questions in game to online helpers and administrators next time.

Regarding your question, you can try joining gangs and taking over multiple enemy gang hoods at once in order to earn that type of money.
I also went through the same problem in 2018.
What worked for me is playing the game in compatibility mode for Windows XP. You should try that and see if it helps.

You can just ask players in-game or message online /helpers
This usually happens when you have changed your name or entered incorrect username. If you can log in after a few attempts it shouldn't be an issue.
