what theRman said is wrong. There was only stats of minigames lost and wins earlier. so when participated stats were added, only wins stayed but everyone had 0 participation for that. so when you play none minigame, it shows 0 participated and multiple wins

once you block player, you can't send them msg, poke them and you dont see their messages in main chat. advertisement and voting will be seen. they can't poke/pm you as well.
if u ignore player, they can send you message but you dont even receive them (can't see them). once u relog, ignore will be gone and normal chat works
if you are unhiden, they can highlight you

you should learn how to report a player from the thread. If you can't get any proof and just theoriticlaly write someone is aimboting, your effort is a waste

@thrax, if you want to own a street, you need to play likewise. You can't dream of owning street while u play 1 hr a day and talk loud. if you can't afford the renewal of house, you are not obliged to buy one. Players who have capacity and courage to own/renew house will buy it. They can buy whole city, not only street as u said

the way jetpack work is , u should quit while having it.
you can come back in server after 10-12 minute and jetpack will still be with you. but once you left it in ground or any place and relog, its gone. you can even join event taking like 8-10 min. ( try yourself with some risk) and spawn back with jetpack after event.
for exit part. its random, i think depends on server crowd as well. sometimes it stayed for 2 min for me ( i got jailed for 1 min and when i was out i had to reach spot where jetpack was ) and sometimes its gone when u buy some guns in ammu and exit shop
