About a decade ago we would lose XP and RP if we killed someone without a reason, a few years ago they added the mental status update alone without getting kicked after certain times, then they added the update that when you kill the same person more than twice for no reason you'll end up kicked, and recently they added the very strange deathmatching issue that contradicts the fact that the server is freeroam.

Allowing players to kill each other again for no reason, or at least raising the maximum number of kills allowed. This is because many players deliberately run over, provoke, insult, and kill just to get a certain player kicked out for deathmatching after killing them for what they did. In the end, killing for no reason leads to an accumulation and increase in mental status, and this in turn is sufficient punishment.

I propose creating a new position in the organization other than the director and associate positions, with more authority than the directors, so that if the CEO is absent, its holder can start the usual CEO challenges with a maximum of 8 challenges per day, or less if you consider 8 to be a lot, which is equivalent to at least two hours of continuous gaming time. The challenge itself can be called X Challenge instead of the CEO challenge and its payout can be less.

Engaging in random deathmatching is not allowed. You've already been warned by an admin, so there's no room for debate on this rule. If you repeatedly kill the same player twice without a valid reason and then stop killing them the third time, it's considered abuse, because you know that the third kill will lead to an instant kick for committing a forbidden action. This punishment was stipulated in this form of implementation to prevent accidental killings from resulting in immediate punishment as in WTLS2 as you mentioned. So, if you accidentally kill someone, it won't lead to an instant kick; it will simply count as one of your two chances before being automatically punished.
