Hello, i can remember a friend of mine got banned because he logged to same server in an other pc whike the other one was stilk in server , They later unbanned him . I'm sorry if it wasn't enough its all i can share .

Him Forgetting his email is clearly his side of a problem , if a higher staff member message him his email to that account i don't think they'll do it , i won't reply and leave this case for an admin or helper

This is not how you post unban requests .... And maybe admins will check you're ban history if it wasn't hot sometimes in holidays like christams they reduce/unban players. wait for admins response

Hello, Since he logged in game with a linked account to that web . hecan basically /player 《his id 》 and it surely will show his linked account . If he dosen't have the password to that web simply , click on lost password and select you're email . Within a minute he should surely get the message with link for password change , if he didn't , make sure to check the spam category on you're mail or simply reset the message .

i understand that this is so annoying but administrators have much work already and can't keep up with helpers as there is helpers for a reason , and for helpers they might have been either : afk ? or was helping someone such cases like this one here or in pms !
