Game servers for SA-MP, FiveM, VC-MP and Liberty Unleashed

So I took out 30mg's from hotel , after while when I need to use it ,shooted like 3 bullets and all went missing.

So, I wanted mod my GTA and all of my mods and now when I try to use TXD Workshop or Spark to mod my skins, crosshair etc it gives me "Cannot create file "..." Access denied". Never had this problem before , any suggestions ?
