how can i get banned when i did not use cheats on s3

So for one week i had my tag on bosnian language and no one changed it to english
and today i made my tag to say Allahu Akbar and after 5 minutes TheCaptain changes it because its not english
I dont get this
does maybe TheCaptain hates muslim players? :O
so than i can make it Allah is great ?

Half hour ago i purchased Hunter from /Rpshop and i was driving it for 15 mins and i got "Server is restaring" and the moment when i joined to server again my hunter wasnt there

So today i got banned from ELDzej on server 1 because i used finder,and yes i did used that,and later i came to play on s3 i get ban there too,for same reason,but this time i didnt used anything,so i want an unban on server 3 because i got banned for nothing there

So on all three gta servers,when i get into any car and drive it,at the moment when i get out of the car and move a little bit of the car,car disappears,mostly it happends to the cars i own, Or if i drive a car with someone,only that pearson can see the car and i cant,and if that pearson enters into the car,i get a crash that says:Player has been removed due to error

Ok so i remember that i quit my gam last night about 22:30
So i wanted to play again today but that h0e say's you're banned from server 1

Hi!So the thing is that im having a lot of lags on s1,mostly when im in LS
So i dont know is that cus of server?Or maybe cus of my hud?
I dont use any mods i only have moded hud so is it because of that?

Its about s3,GoldXen kicked me from server cuz of "speed cheats" i swear thats a bug i seen it on youtube 1 year ago i can make vid about that bug if you want

AT 18:30 i baught FT Slamvan from [L.S.P.D]DimitRi for 700k on auc and i didnt get slamvan so what the f happend? its on server 2
