Game servers for SA-MP, FiveM, VC-MP and Liberty Unleashed

Yesterday, I was playing as triads in San Fierro all alone my myself. Taking turf is what i did yesterday.After the turf timer is passed the server says that "Kill the nearby gang members" and it show it location. When i go there, I noticed that the npc isn't spawning and cannot proceed with the turf takeover. This isn't the first time that i've experience this but rather this happen occasionally.It kinda tick me off because i have to do it for 2nd time.I hope this bug can be fix soon as possible.
