Game servers for SA-MP, FiveM, VC-MP and Liberty Unleashed

I'd like to contribute but unfortunately I don't posess any css knowledge and my html is very limited (I used to work with html way back while working on my mobile web site but I was mainly relying on the web template within site builder; and that was very long ago and I forgot the most of that even).
Is it possible that the thing can be done using any alternative methods other than manually? For instance using some html processor or using finished pages for a reference when making a new article, or something similar? In that case I'd be able to join.

Some vehicles simply refuse to be towed, and even if they get hooked they unhook almost instantly, particularly this car (my asumption is its because it's low floor so it cant hook properly but not sure), its messing with towtruck job seriously https://i.postimg.cc/y8gFL1Q8/bugytowyyyy.png

- Rework the car delivery from mechanic, in most cases mechanic gets confused and drives couple of blocks around until finally comes to destination or is stuck somewhere. It's way more simple just to spawn in instantly nearby like on GTAO.
- Add fuel to all vehicles and functional gas stations, would be a fitting addition to traffic rules
- Gun lockers to all vehicles with trunks (I know it's a known SAMP feature but it's the most annoying thing on Earth to respawn empty after dying and having to drive all the way to ammu or home just to refill gun inventory)
- Option to respawn at home/motel/any other owned residence after death instead of hospital (with a possible additional money charge)

Since today, there's a delay in locating vehicle through phoning Lester and I mean serious delay, navigation shows located vehicle like 5-10 mins after the call's been made.

Players who are inside money zone can legally kill other nearby players that are passing by even if they havent entered money zone or passed through it at all. Some players are abusing it to grind kills for no reason whatsoever. Please fix it

Is it possible to change the BP vehicle color set for this season? It's the same as the one in the previous season, that wouldn't be hard to change i suppose?

Everyone is rich. Add things like fuel and dont make it optional, make ammo cheaper but base weapons much more expensive etc, a little more emphasis on spending money rather than just grinding forever. Maybe vehicles should also have some maintenance costs, like engine repair, wear and tear and such.
And border patrol job, theres a park ranger with no use currently

Hi, I was tracking my progress regarding currently active Bus Driver contest on Five 2 and after the last check few minutes ago I discovered that all of the sudden my name on the list doesn't appear anymore (?!?) (if it's possible check my bus driving stats in last 24hr)
Not asking for a refund or anything like that, what my concern is why did this happen and is there a way to prevent such things in future as I am currently participating in 2 other contests on Five 2 which are of much greater importance to me,

Can someone clearify this for me, please: But the game /rules state that continuous killing for no reason is also not allowed, and that's not a new rule. I thought both killing for no reason and deathmatching are the same stuff, now this is confusing me. Is this going to affect punishing in different way, or is there actually a difference between the two (I honestly don't know even though I've got over 5k hours) please crack this for me?

Sometimes after you kill certain npc's (like drug dealer) and stay near their corpse, they tend to sort of 'resurrect' and become immortal. I had situations where drug dealer reappeared alive and started attacking me but hitting him back or using weapon did nothing to him, even using a vehicle to kill isnt working as the vehicle can only 'push' the npc, like it does with hooker spawns, no way to defend yourself other than running away from the area
