I have a suggest to modify the structure of job selection:
I will explain with an example:
Everyone on the server has a popular job that starts every time they play. We can make this job permanent for him and this job will be for a group of players.
For example, in the police job: we can use the police chief to head the police in three cities and completely organize the police department in these three cities. And the work of the police in these three cities and their villages should be completely like the reality.
The hierarchy should be completely like the reality: police chief - commander - captain and ...
By doing this in other jobs and spreading the players in three other cities, it will be completely like a reality game.
I have a more complete plan for this offer. If you players agree with this correction in jobs and the admins listen to us, we will have a more attractive server.
