having colissions determines the winner of the race since it starts most of the time but dont having em is just letting the guy with less ping always win its just unbalanced always smh

Having both is for the best, especially since majority of the people have higher ping (and PL) collisions are broken, I have nearly 200 ping all the time so I'd know, that's why I never did races in the first place.

Remove the collision, because racing in SA:MP is so terrible, my god. It's not even about racing, it's more about who is lagging more.
