Im confused, generaly if you played you will know that m4 in gta 3 works like minigun in SA. In other hand RPGS here are Very effective against incoming vehicles, as once vehicle is going toward you, and you rpg it there is not much way to evade it like in SA. However Raming here is equal to death in 99% cases, what is kinda annoying weird and good at same time, so generaly odd. xD So generaly Lu is kinda more for few hours "lets check how gta3 multi works" than for smt. more. At least in my opinon.
